• A return is missing pieces or components
• A return is received at the wrong address
• A return request is made to GoWOA more than 100 days from the date you received your item
• The item is damaged or permanently altered in any way
• The item is dirty
• The item has been written on or shows other signs of damage

1. Ensure the items you wish to return meet our return requirements listed above.
2. Please email customerservice@www.gowoa.com We will give you an RA# and directions for sending the product back to us. Shipping costs to return or exchange product are the customer’s responsibility. Please include your order number.
3. Fill out the returns section of the packing slip, place merchandise and completed return form in the original packaging, Please be sure to write the RA# on the outside of your package and ship it within 14 days of receiving your RA # to the following address:

When packing your return, please:

1. Ensure products are clean and dry, both inside and out and
2. Fold products carefully to avoid unnecessary creasing or wrinkles.
3. Returns typically take 12 – 15 business days to process from the day they are shipped back to our warehouse.  If you need a return processed more quickly, please call or email us and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
4. You will receive an email once your refund is processed.
