- Please email firstname.lastname@example.org We will give you an RA# and directions for sending the product back to us. Shipping costs to return or exchange product are the customer’s responsibility. Please include your order number.
- Fill out the returns section of the packing slip, place merchandise and completed return form in the original packaging, Please be sure to write the RA# on the outside of your package and ship it within 14 days of receiving your RA # to the following address:
